It was immaculately clean. There was a problem with the radiator in the living room, and the man who manages the apartment could not have been kinder or more helpful. He resolved the issue (by supplying a free-standing electric radiator) within minutes. Decent shower.

Excellent location and large comfortable 2 bedroom flat with full kitchen and dining room area. I would definitely stay again. Having a dedicated parking spot so close to the city was incredibly convenient.

The property was in an ideal location, with private parking 10 minute walk from the centre. Spacious and clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

This was our 3rd stay at the property, so apparently we find it very appealing. It is located outside the walls but less than 10 minutes walk from city center. The flat itself is spacious, with a good living/dining area, a nice kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. Sufficient storage space for two people. Bed is comfortable and the flat is well heated. Having a dedicated parking spot in York is great. Check in/out process is easy.

Really nice apartment. The owner was also very helpfull and easy to communicate with. The apartment is located a 7-10 minute walk to the minster church.

Great location for York City, 5/10 minute walk to Monk Gate and the Minster. Great apartment and if we were to visit York again we wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment again. It’s got everything you need in terms of facilities etc.

A lovely flat for a convenient stay in York. In walking distance of the centre, but with a parking place, so that you can bring in your things and shopping conveniently. Flat mostly very well equipped in all rooms, including kitchen. Windows that open and also that shut securely again afterwards. The bedrooms were on the quiet side of the building, even if the living room overlooked a road. The Foss Fairy Trail ! A little path along the river, just over the bridge from the flat.
