“Fantastic”

The location and set out of the property was perfect for what we needed. With enough room for two couples, parking and very central without feeling in the middle of the centre. The property was very homely and the two fans were very much needed for the recent hot weather. The property massively contributed to a stress free visit.

Great location and within easy walking distance to York town centre. Exceptionally clean property and well maintained with a fully equipped kitchen. Parking a bonus and lovely courtyard garden. We would return without hesitation.

The cottage was spacious and comfortable and had everything we required. The courtyard was enclosed and private perfect for the dog , really clean throughout.Location was great as everything was in walking distance a great little place and perfect for exploring the City of York ,will definitely te book if back in York

Central

Ideal location for walking into York. Very comfortable home, well stocked for cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Very secure and parking good. A nice outdoor space secure for our little dog, nice tables and chairs for use in warmer weather.

The property was exceptionally well presented and located in the centre of York within easy walking distance of all the main attractions, shops, etc.

Only a couple of minor faults, the electric gate didn't always want to work and needed to be wobbled to work. Both shower rooms had a slight odour of sewage Shower trap needs a clean out as it filled with water while showering .

Lovely setting. Very clean, warm and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Good layout with bedrooms at opposite ends of the cottage. Great location with 2 parking spaces.

Excellent location. Accommodation was spotless and a great size with two good size bedrooms and enquires. Kitchen had everything you need and lounge comfortable. Also managed to get my car in the front so able to lock behind the gates.
