Everything. The accomodation was spotlessly clean. The hosts had thought of everything. So organised and a great location.

If it was possible to give 10 stars out of 5 we would, it was spotlessly clean, very spacious and had everything in it you could need, chocolates and cookies as welcome gifts, excellent fish & chip shop 5 minutes walk away and Fox & Roman pub did tasty meals, we can’t speak highly enough of this accomodation, and Andrew was a very friendly guy.

Perfection plus. Absolutely stunning home away from home. All the extra touches the amazing couple added was so welcoming. The bus that stops at the front door or across the road into York everyday was so handy. The driveway has been revamped so no issues with any size car you have.

Really comfortable stay. Jo and Andy have thought of absolutely everything weary travellers could need. Comfortable bed, comfortable sitting room, large dining room, courtyard area. Stocked with a huge range of teas and coffees, washing machine, off-street parking. Lovely, quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to supermarket. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in York.

The apartment is absolutely amazing. So much room, every inch of which is immaculately clean. The bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of storage in the bedroom for clothes etc . There were toiletries provided in the bathroom and also some supplies in the kitchen. Milk ready in the fridge, tea bags and coffee also provided. Plus cereals in the cupboard too. Secure parking on the drive, which was great as we didn't want to drive into York each day. Parking charges in York are expensive so we used the bus service as the bus stop is only a 10 minute walk away. Jo and Andy are wonderful hosts, who give you complete privacy but are always happy to help if required. Their dogs are adorable too. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and will definitely stay here again.

Apartment was perfect size for a couple and the best stocked one I've ever stayed in. Whole place was clean and warm. Location is great as it's quiet with easy access to frequent bus services. In-depth guest information folder with everything you could possibly need, I used to live in York so I'm familiar with the area but if you've never been the owners have all the information! Would love to stay in summer next time and make the most of the garden room :)

Amazing property, very clean and spacious. All toiletries, towels, etc. included. The owners left chocolate treats, coffee, and biscuits. We will definitely return and recommend this property to family and friends.

Excellent location enabling us to walk into York,or we were able to catch the bus at the end of the road. Well equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you needed. Fertility was excellent

Jo and Andy are the best with regards with their Sublime Middlethorpe Apartment. I could fault it at all and I would score alot higher than a 10. Their attention to detail and thorough information with regards to contact details far exceeds any other Air bnb I have stayed in.

“Very private place to stay in a quiet area.”

Room to move. Having stayed in one room accommodation most of our trip, it was nice to be able to stretch out and relax. Bonus, it even had a separate dining room. Our hosts Jo and Andy were very friendly and helpful. It was well stocked with all the essentials and then some. Warm and very comfortable.

Lovely comfortable clean quiet place to stay in York, off road parking, short walk to Tesco's, good butcher just across from apartment, around half hour walk to city but plenty of buses pass 5 min top of street, will hopefully be stopping next year

We felt treated in a special way. The hosts took their annex as a way of welcoming you with as much tea, coffee, sugar, chocolate as you wanted. There was fresh fruit and chocolates and a pint of milk. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you needed to make it feel like home
