“First Class except not suitable for wheelchair users sadly.”
It was lovely and clean.All staff were courteous and pleasant and very helpful.The room was spacious and attended everyday.There were two lifts to floors. The dining area was spacious and comfortable and there was a choice of breakfast and drinks available self service. I would recommend this hotel to others

“Fabulous room for a group of 4”

The room was very clean and comfortable the only problem we had was the air conditioning kept stopping causing the room to get too hot. We were told they couldn't fix it straight away and gave us another room which I was very disappointed with as we had to move all our belongings to a room that was quite a way from our original room it also meant we had to walk up and down stairs which was very stressful on my wife as she has limited mobility

We stayed in the large room with four single beds (room 115). The room itself was lovely clean, spacious, and the bathroom had a large shower and a hairdryer, which was a nice touch.

The staff member on reception was lovely and our room was ready earlier than expected. The room was stylish and spotlessly clean and the buffet breakfast choices just right.
