“York take 2”
We loved the hotel it was down a side road called toft green as yiu come out there was the rear ebtrance to the nags head pub also if you go down a side road called barker lane it brings you out to a place called micklegate which has restaurants bars and the city wall it was perfectly located for us the staff wetre kind friendly and professional also the room was spaciious and air conditioned big shower room and generous size television for when we were relaxing breakfast was a nice choice of hot buffet food 6 items which i thought was just right also choice of cheeses hams cereals fruut juice pastrys and yoghurts tead lattes hot chocolate also a 24 hour bar if required this all contributed to a wonderful stay and a heavy heart to leave

“Excellent, would highly recommend. Walking distance from the train station.”
Excellent breakfast, we are vegan and all we had to do was inform the breakfast staff and the chef cooked vegan sausages for us. We could then have baked beans, beautifully cooked mushrooms and toast and as much as we liked. Oat milk was kept in the fridge for cereals and hot drinks.

All great thankyou. It was such a bonus to be able to check in early on arrival and to be able to leave our luggage on checkout to collect later in the day. The room, bathroom & breakfast were excellent

Fast efficient check in. Very comfortable Room. Basic breakfast option but enough. Very clean. Great Location for walking around York. Also Really quiet . Would definitely stay stay again.

Hot food was cold. Not much choice for hot breakfast, no fried or poached eggs, no mushroom, black pud etc...very basic. Hotplate didnt keep food hot.
