Great location, easy access, clean room and privet parking. Positive and approachable staff. Nothing is a problem for them. The staff completed our request and moved us next day to room N4.

It needs smartening up. Better housekeeping. Better signs about the steps I aus I am partially blind and had a fall due to por lighting and signs . It needs the steps highlighting with the floor.

The staff were really helpful and accommodating with a last minute change. The location was really good, 15 minute walk to city centre .
