“Convenient room for a short stay in York”
Location was really convenient to get to the centre, 30 minute walk away. Room was perfect for our needs. Bathroom was very clean. Room was clean and provided kettle, hairdryer and small fridge

I liked how nuch space we had and also how it wasn’t rlly loud at night the bathroom was a bit small nd needed cleaning a bit better but other than that it was a lovely experience

“Comfortable family friendly guesthouse close to York city centre”
Very friendly, very comfortable bed, great facilities including fridge & kettle with tea and coffee making in the room. Very close to local shops and restaurants and an easy walk to the city centre.

“Ok for one night”
I was given a family room despite being a solo traveller so I had five beds to choose from! The bathroom was huge. There were plenty of fluffy towels, a hairdryer, a fridge and a kettle. A good stock of tea and coffee was provided with more if needed in a communal kitchen where there was another fridge and a microwave.

“Adequate for a one-night emergency stay.”
We were let down by an appartment in the centre of York, for which the key was missing from the key box. This was an emergency solution to give us somewhere to sleep that night. The lady who received us was helpful, and sorted out parking immediately outside the building. We had a triple room, which was cramped but confortable, and the bathroon was clean and the water hot and plentiful. They do not serve breakfast.

“Beautiful location only 20 minute walk to city centre and Bishopthorpe is a lovely safe village”
It was great for what we paid it was so nice and a very spacious family room. The shared kitchen was clean and spacious
