“Beautiful hotel with lovely staff in York”
The hotel has friendly staff. It has a great view of the racecourse, a lovely back garden and lovely breakfast. Chef Chris is amazingly great. He looked after my son during each breakfast because my son haps multiple food allergies. We are especially grateful to him.

The double bed family room was great. Nice of the staff to offer an upgrade as the room on the south side were extremely hot on the day we were visiting.

We stayed in April and returned in may to bring another member of our family, they enjoyed it just as much as we did on our 1st stay, we will definitely be staying again.. hopefully bringing the hubby next time, I also left a review last time and when got to our room we was greeted with a nice note and some condiments which I thaught was lovely 😍 thankyou ☺️
