Location was good for walking into city centre. Local, independent shops and places to eat; small, well-known supermarket close by. Healthy, tasty breakfast options. Comfortable bed. Herbal teas. Chocolate treats. Hot shower with good pressure in ensuite 'bathroom'.

I found everything exceptional! The food was very well presented! The decor was delightful! The mattress was extremely comfortable! All in all- a brilliant guest house!

The room was excellent - very comfortable. I liked the fact that a very pretty china mug (William Morris Strawberry Thief" design) was provided for making drinks. The bed was comfortable and the ensuite was excellent, although the toilet was at a slightly awkward angle and the area around it a little cramped. I liked the provision of tea, coffee, kettle, which was at a table I could also use as a writing desk. Breakfast was excellent on Saturday morning (Eggs Benedict) and on Sunday. Mike is a pleasant and helpful host, and there were other places apart from one's own room where guests could sit.

Everything was so lovely and such a personal touch from Mike. He made our stay so relaxing and the breakfast was beautiful so calm and spotlessly clean.

We had a fabulous stay ,so clean and Michael was so attentive ,great choices for breakfast ,the fact that their was so many places to eat very close by was a real bonus ,and so close to the city .excellent night's sleep .

Breakfast was good were helpful with needs, bed was a little hard a mattress topper may help, within walking distance of town centre.

Stayed at the Dairy House for a few days at the beginning of June. Fabulous B&B in easy walking distance and excellent facilities (shops, restaurants, pubs etc) literally on the door step. There is a Sainsbury's right next door which was very handy. The Indian restaurant nearby was one of the best I've ever been too. Accommodation very modern, comfortable and we were really looked after by the owner. Would highly recommend this B&B. We were in a ground floor, very spacious, modern and exceptionally clean. Tea, coffee and biscuits replenished every day. The wine glasses with a little chocolate each day was a very nice touch too. Breakfast was fabulous, and set us up nicely for the day, in fact we didn't need lunch after bring so well fed in the morning.

Lovely little place and the location was perfect, the host were really nice and friendly. Breakfast was nice, the continental breakfast was very minimal. The bed wasn't the best but generally a really lovely place to stay and would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect - 10 mins from station and 10 mins into town. It was also in a really lovely area with great cafes and shops.
