Our host,Juliet was very helpful. She explained everything and was only a phonecall away if needed. As everything was perfect, we didn't need to contact her. The complimentary breakfast and drinks were excellent. Everything was to our taste . We didn't expect our beautiful sweet selection from Betty's! I wanted to take my granddaughter there but never had the time so it was especially nice. The bed and sofa bed were very comfy. The apartment was very clean and well organised. We were 5 minutes from everywhere that I had booked. It is so central to everywhere on the tourist trail in York. The saying is, you get what you pay for, we felt that we got more. Thank you to Juliet, we will be back ❤️

Was met on arrival by Juliet who welcomed us to the apartment.Juliet went above and beyond with all the lovely extras for breakfast and cakes and chocolate from Bettys .Fabulous apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay,have stayed in York before but this was far the best .

“Perfect away break.”

We had a wonderful stay here in August! The location was fantastic, right in the centre of everything, the flat was comfortable and very clean, full of thoughtful, personal touches for guests. Our lovely host welcomed us on arrival and even provided a choice of complementary breakfast goodies and local treats! We couldn't have made a better choice, staying here made our much needed break even more special. Thank you!

“Five star apartment/low price.”

Juliet was the perfect hostess. This apartment is actually 5 star but very much underpriced. The location....five minutes walk to shambles.Restaurants/cafes on doorstep. Extremely clean with fluffy towels, antique style furniture (bed from France), quality bedding,fans for the heatwave....and amazingly, she asked us what to get in for breakfast! This is a self catering establishment so this was such a lovely touch.A large box of cornflakes, wholemeal bread, butter, milk, coffee(tea bags too in the cupboard) eggs(free range),wine from marks, spring water....AND.. Scones and cookies from the overpriced Betty's tea room.And a bar of chocolate in the shape of York Minister.She also offered us salmon and bacon etc.(really) which we declined. The toiletries are very expensive too ....cannot remember the name of the hand soap/lotion. We had a car and there was no problem using a parking site whereas you use someones gateway (around 16 pounds for 24 hours).So people who take their own cars need not be concerned about 24 hour parking nearby.My husband dropped me off with the luggage and then went of and used the person's driveway for two days Great system. I am not great with stairs due to hip and knee arthritis but coped with the two flights of stairs.So, ok for us less fit folk. Altogether, a five star experience....and I have travelled all over the world and owned hotels.So ,I do know quality and how to rate establishments. Thank you Juliet x

We loved this beautiful apartment! It was spotless and beautifully decorated. Juliet was so friendly and we really appreciated all the spoils that she provided. The location is great as you can walk to everything and then after a busy day, to come back and relax and feel at home, was such a bonus! I would highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was lovely and very clean. Had everything that we needed in there for our stay. The welcome pack was tailored to our requirements and a very nice touch. The apartment was lovely. Extremely clean and lovely decorations. The owners were lovely and very kind. The amazing breakfast welcome kit was amazing. The location of the apartment is literally in the centre of pretty much any activity you would want to do in york. Literally 2 or 3 minutes walk to the shambles. Would definitely recommend staying here for any trip to York.

The apartment was in a brilliant location, close to shops, bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The owners were lovely & friendly and added special touches, including the ingredients for breakfast, wine, and cake. The apartment was stunning and very clean with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Would definitely stay there again.
