The property was spotlessly clean, very well appointed and in a really convenient location. Having a parking spot with a permit was very welcome. We were met at the property and heating etc explained as well as the checking out process which worked fine for us.

Beautiful property with a short walk into the City Centre. Everything we needed was provided and Ifet was a great host. Greeted us on arrival and explained a few things about the property. We would not hesitate to recommend staying there. The beds were comfortable with good quality linen. Places to eat within a short distance. Nice walk along the river Ouse.

“Would recommend, great house in a perfect location.”
Ifet was there on time to hand the keys over, she was super friendly and polite. The parking is right in front of the house, and the house is located very close to central York. The house was immaculate and everything was easy to find/use.

“Lovely home in York”
Everywhere was very clean. The settee and beds were comfortable. We had everything that we needed. Ifet went above and beyond to help us before we got there and was always ready to answer any queries. We had her phone number to ring whilst we were there but there was no reason to as everything was just so lovely.
