Easy 20 minute walk to the city centre. Very quiet location. The standard of the room and bathroom was excellent and easy parking. Fridge and microwave in the room, along with lots of other goodies.

Great location near store, bus stop, town centre & river, free parking, large refurbished room and ensuite with all the facilities you would want. Comfortable beds and the compllimentry supply of fresh fruit, yoghurt, juice, croissants etc was very much appreciated.

Was very clean, had everything in the room you could need, gowns, fruit, cakes, water etc.. Very cosy bed and comfy pillows

The location was perfect with a river side walk 5 mins away. The room was fresh, clean and very comfortable with snacks left for guests. There was a fridge to use which was handy. Tea and coffee making facilities with a TV in the room. Very useful and funny right up on where to go was left by host, made me laugh. Shower was excellent and roomy with bathrobes on hand. Towels were crisp and large. .The beds were so comfortable, The was a parking space for guests very close to guest house and clear instructions given before we arrived.

The room was very cosy. The extra touches were most appreciated. We had a bowl of fruit and a selection of cakes There was water juices and yogurts left in the fridge which was unexpected but nice. Lo ation was good 15 min walk to town for me. There was a large ensuite. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Tucked away and private, very clean, small details like fruit and pastries, an honesty bar.

Friendly host. Room was tastefully decorated and had virtually all the things you would need whilst away from home. Complimentary tea/coffee and fruit/snacks was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. Would stay here again.

Great , clean, modern guest house. Ashley a great host. Some lovely little extras in the room , good sized bathroom. Lovely quiet location and only 15 minutes walk to the centre . We will definitely stay again .

Great location. Really friendly host who couldn’t have been more accommodating. Lots of lovely little touches such as snacks and everything you could possibly need left in the room.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable as advertised. We didn't meet the hosts in person but they were friendly over the phone.

Ashley was an amazing host and the accommodation was great for a weekend in York. The bathroom was lovely with a decent shower, comfortable bed.

Spotless rooms. Excellent shower. Nice little touches like free fruit, biscuits. Plenty of coffee and tea, little fridge with free water, milk etc. Very quiet location.
