Welcome to the Brentwood Guesthouse A lovingly maintained family run Guest House just a short walk away from York's city centre. The Brentwood provides the perfect base to explore York and we are always happy to provide our visitors with local information based upon years of knowledge to help them have an enjoyable stay in York. The Brentwood is also well within walking distance from York Railway station leaving you free to leave the car at home. There is ample on street parking right outside the guesthouse for a small fee if travelling by car. The Brentwood is the ideal place to start the day before setting out to see the sights of this wonderful historic city. All our rooms are tastefully decorated with ensuite bathroom facilities, TV's, Hairdryer Free WiFi and full tea & coffee making facilities. Comfortable beds and impeccable cleanliness are why guests keep returning to the Brentwood. the guest house is within easy walking distance of the centre of York a fifteen minutes walk, and it was relatively easy to find a parking space close by the accommodation. Online communication was also good quick responses to messages etc.

“Great location, well equipped, very clean and easy parking”
The location was excellent just a few minutes walk from the city centre. The room was small but very clean and well equipped for a short stay. The check in was very easy and the members of staff we met were very helpful. Parking was at the front of the property and only cost £5 which was a bonus. I would definitely stay again.
