Great house, good size and good sized communal areas. Brilliant location - just 5/10 min walk through quiet snickets and you were in the city centre. Beds comfy and house was clean on our arrival. Pool table was a good addition.

Its location and easy of access to York either by taxi from the station or on food restaurants and shops was excellent. Parking was a real bonus and a garden with outside dining space was also great

“Party of 6.”

The house was excellent for what we needed a group of older ladies 6 in total who wanted to come back and rewind each night after a day of shopping. Very comfortable, had all amenities, full kitchen, Games room and also many board games which is great for larger parties although we did not use these. Large living room with tv and big corner seating area and TV. Bonus of having two bathrooms for larger parties. Sensor lights around the property where excellent.

The house was roomy, clean and lovely and close to the city walls. Parking for 3 cars in the drive was a bonus. The pool table was a real hit with everyone. Check in and out was easy and the staff dealt quickly and efficiently with extra requirements. I would definitely recommend to family and friends

It was a lovely place very comfortable & in a great location. It was great to have parking for the cars and the side of house was very handy. Will defo try and stay again.

The property was the perfect size and location for our trip, plenty of space for us all. Plus the bonus of free parking on the driveway. The welcome basket and toiletries were a lovely touch.

Property; large, spacious rooms, clean. Facilities good. Attention to detail touches were everywhere; you can tell it's run by women! Welcome pack very pleasant, all initial-need basics covered too, eg milk, waste bags, loo rolls, etc. Kitchen well-equipped. Motion-activated lights a really neat idea especially useful at night while seeking the loo in an unfamiliar house. Garden and outdoor space good but unused do to weather & plans. Off-road parking very handy.
