The staff were very friendly and welcoming and while not fluent in English, were able to understand me and I, them. Check in procedure very simple. I had paid a deposit on Booking.com and just paid the balance on a credit card. Room was very clean and cleaned daily, and most importantly in July, had air conditioning which was easily controllable from your TV remote. Soundproofing excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price, although when I booked, I only expected a room. Breakfast is non- European (Noodles, rice, soup, bread, eggs etc) but enough choice so there is something for everyone. The hotel is a 5 min walk from Jukjeon Station where you can catch a bus. Five minutes walk in the opposite direction takes you to the subway where you can catch a train to Seoul. The airport coach drops off a 2 min walk away. For a 3 star hotel, it punches well above its weight. I will stay here again.
