“The room was clean and the front desk staff were friendly.”
I had originally booked the wrong hotel dates, but after speaking with the front desk staff, she was very proactive and kind in helping me resolve the issue. I really appreciate her assistance. The room was very clean, and the view from the window directly overlooked Yonago Station, which was beautiful.

I liked Japanese style breakfast except Takoyaki which didn't have a piece of tako. Room was clean enough, staffes were friendly and polite and the locatin was excellent.

1) Location is excellent because it is opposite JR station. 2) Provided green and complimentary toiletries in the lobby. The quality is good. 3) Cleaning service is good, and staff is helpful. 4) There is an AEON supermarket nearby which is a bonus.
