“Bling with a hint of retro”
A very grand hotel of its time, still excellent and great service. I very much enjoyed the two meals that were included, the (Japansese) food was delicious and very fresh.

“I would like to choose Yonago Universal Hotel again whenever I go visit around Yonago.”
The breakfast, bathroom, and location are wonderful. I like their way to insert the key into the box and turn on the room's electricity.

“very good time and money saving choice”
Breakfast & dinner included with long serving time, a few minutes' walk from the train station, reasonable price, very good time and money saving choice. Even if u mistakenly choose the smoking room, the smell was acceptable and only last for a few seconds after entering the room. Yonago is really a lovely peaceful place to spend some time on.

“A nice place to stay in Yonago”
- the location, only a short walk from the train station. - good size room and facility. - free breakfast and dinner. - friendly staff. - lift for upper floor rooms - comfy bed and pillows.
