“A lovely Hotel,”
The Onsen was wonderful, the breakfast amazing, the room lovely. The staff (non Japanese) were so friendly, all over the hotel, at breakfast and at rooms. I couldn't understand why the reception staff were so cool, and frosty especially at Christmas time. Perhaps this is something for management to look into. Otherwise an unbelievably good hotel.

The service was excellent, rooms is nice and clean.The osen was a surprise for us as we didn’t expect that.

“Fantastic and convenient stay!”
Great stay! So comfortable and clean. Room was so spacious compared to other business type hotels I have stayed in Japan. Staff were so kind and helpful. Hotel is in a peaceful and quiet location. Only about 10-15 minutes walk from the station so convenient to access the town or trains/ buses for traveling around. I really enjoyed my stay, was relaxing and excellent value for money. Lovely view from the window!
