The female staff member at the front desk who guided guests in using the self-service machine displayed an extremely poor attitude and spoke in a harsh manner, making guests feel very uncomfortable。

There are not much other hotels around. Cost performance is also very good. Check in and out was smooth.

Helpful and professional personnel, the hotel is placed quite close to train station which allows to reach Tokyo within an hour. Nice place for overnight stays, allows to reach multiple fun locations by public transport or car. Laundry room available, it is also possible to check the status of the washing machines without leaving the room, which was very convenient.

“Easy and good value!”
We love staying at Toyoko Inns as they're easy and no fuss, also pretty good value for money. This one in particular is close to Center Minami station (maybe 8 min walk?) and to a mall (maybe 3 min walk?).

Near station, have many restaurants and supermarket,shops. New hotel,new room, good standard hotel of toyoko inn. Breakfast is better than another Toyoko inn in Tokyo. It have many foods.good staffs.

Very convenient location, great access to the local station and many restaurants, shops within a few minutes walk. Incredibly friendly staff, who were very accommodating and held our luggage after check out while we explored.

Location is very near to the centre minanmi station and very convenient. Rooms were very neat , clean and comfortable . Free breakfast was very good. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Location was excellent. To access to the metro is 5 minutes' walk and to Yokohama is 30 minutes'' by metro. In front of the hotel, the shopping center, very convenient.
