It was close to Yokohama Arena and Shin Yokohama station

The hotel is a little dated, but VERY clean. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There is a huge meeting space on the second floor, complete with a microwave oven and vending machines selling soft and alcoholic drinks. The location is also wonderful, as the hotel is very close to Shin-Yokohama Station, the Yokohama Arena and the NEW SIDE BEACH concert venue. There are also lots of convenience stores near the hotel.

staff were exceptionally helpful for all of my other needs with regards to packaging of my more delicate luggage. For the price and location, the larger size of the room and bathroom was definitely a positive.

Location to Shinkansen was perfect. Price let’s be honest was amazing for what you got and the location and overall area perfect. 100% for what we needed a quick nights rest after our flight and before heading off the next day.

Located very conveniently for Shon-Yokohama station in an area that has a lot of reasonably priced restaurants around and excellent transport links. Staff at reception were very helpful and charmingly polite (as everyone in Japan tends to be).

Great location, 2 minutes from a major station including bullet train connections and direct to airport shuttles. Lots of nearby shops, restaurants and a cafe attached to the building. Staff were friendly and helpful, always welcoming and clearly proud of their jobs. Lots of space in the corner room and while the aircon system was a bit dated, room came with a portable aircon and openable windows for extra air.

Great location close to Shin Yokohama and the Blue Line subway.

Given that I was in Tokyo for relaxation, using Shin-Yokohama as my sort of "base" allowed me to reach either central or the outskirts of Tokyo within a little over an hour. In other words, I think this location is perfect for if you want to be out of Tokyo, but just within reach of the city.
