“Perfect hotel stay for short or long term stays!”

The location is amazing. Google maps will take you a way you do not need to travel as it takes longer. The gentleman we dealt with was so lovely and acknowledged our daughter with an amenities bag for her. The room was bigger than your typical Japanese hotel room. Comfortable is an understatement. The beds were wonderful, the view was amazing and the access to and from the building was superb. Highly recommend this hotel for short and long terms stays. Photos included are showing access to Shin Yokohama station; an entry point to the hotel is along the railway line with easy access. Convenient store near by and the McDonalds for quick easy door plus many other food places along there.

“Really relaxing and happy stay”

Grece Hotel always feels really relaxing. The staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the upstairs cafe round the corner called Renoir. Unlike the other hotels we stayed in, the Grace hotel had really comfortable pillows. Also, the lighting in the room was very nice. We always feel very comfortable and at home when staying at Grace hotel.

The room was massive for Japan Standards. Right outside the station and lots of food around.

More washing machines would be great. The amount of guests and number of machines will allow guest fight !

“Decent”

Great location, there was a lot of food choices near by and was a short walk to the ramen museum. There was parking right next to the hotel with a charge.

“Yokohama right by Shinkansen”

Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Nice cafe. Located 5 min walk from Shin Yokohama station, shopping mall and convenience store. Staff hed bags after checkout, booked or taxi and made sure the driver understood our destination. Would recommend.

Location just next to Shin Yokohama station and from the side entrance you have access to lots of restaurants and drugstore/ skincare shop for souvenirs

“One-Night Stay for 2 people.”

For a one-night stay, I can't think of any improvements that could have been made. Everything needed was provided, and the location is a 2-minute walk to the Shinkansen station. The room is small by Western standards but I expected this so it was just fine.

Clean, tidy, comfortable place, with everything that is needed for a tired tourist! We were the family of 4- thanks to the administration to provide additional beds

The hotel staff were helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel was right next to the train station which made it easy to get around Yokohama.

Spacious room and bathroom. Close to station, food alley and small mall. Very convenient. Very comfortable stay for us and our small children.

It is nice location and is close to shopping and restaurants and cafe. Also convenient from Haneda Airport.

it's our second time staying at this hotel and the service is still so amazing. I love the location. it's so close to the train station, lots of food nearby and shopping is great! Rooms are so clean.
