The room was spacious and had an amazing view of the city and I could also see Mount Fuji. The view from reception was really nice and amenities were great. Conveniently located close to the shopping centre and train station.

The hotel was beautiful and very impressive, I did not like the bathroom arrangements in the room, the sink in the bedroom did not work for me, the wet room was badly designed very cramped it did not need a bath in there and in the toilet there was no sink, you had to come out to wash hands, how many germs on that door handle. Apart from that all good, but would not stay there again due to the bathroom and washing lay out.

“Great location in a fascinating Yokohama but please extend the pool hours!”
The staff were delightful and the breakfast was superb but booking a slot was a bit of a pain. The location is excellent. a pity it was built with no balconies as the room offered such opportunity for this and felt closed in.
