I recommend this hotel because it's conveniently located close to the station, within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are excellent. The location is perfect, surrounded by restaurants, and the staff are very kind.

Great location! It’s not too far from Yokohama Station. The staff are friendly, helpful, and speak good English. The room is clean and comfortable, and I liked that I could adjust the air conditioning myself

Location was superb, breakfast was great. Staff were friendly. Enjoyed our stay to the point we extended by a further two nights albeit on a different booking site. Close to shops and eateries and a supermarket virtually down stairs. Undercover walkways so inclement weather not an issue when walking to shops from the hotel. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable.

Location is great! There is a direct route to go from Yokohama station to the hotel but I cannot remember now 😂 Room although slightly smaller than I expected, was really comfortable, and the bathroom was quite big (maybe this ate into the room size 🤣). Their service was great and their daily breakfast spread was also awesome and yummy. Also, it's nice that they provide free coffee, tea and hot water at the lobby all day.

“Lovely stay”

Really modern and clean hotel, with an excellent location right next to the JR station and a lot of food places, yet felt very quiet. The could be on the smaller side for some but enough for me as I only had a carry-on suitcase. I especially loved the bath salts and thought it was such a nice touch! I'd definitely stay there again.

The breakfast is really delicious and the bed is really comfortable! Love it :)

Friendly, clean, quiet, big bed and good location for train travel!

Great spot to sleep after a flight into Haneda before taking onwards train in the morning. Room had everything needed, surprisingly spacious and comfortable bed. Easy walk from Yokohama station - refer to images on hotel’s website for better directions than google maps. Would stay again.

Great location and clean room. Comfy bed - perfect after a long flight. Easy check in and out procedure. Able to leave my luggage at the hotel after checkout until my train in the afternoon.
