“A lovely hotel in central Yokohama and good blue for money.”
The property was central to the cruise terminal and the rooms were clean and tidy. Every afternoon the hotel put on drinks and nibbles for the guests. The hotel was very good value for money. The rooms were quite soundproof, which is surprising for Japan.

Friendly staff, very close to subway station, two convenience stores close by. About 15-20 minutes walk to cruise ship port. Beds were large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food.

“A gem with a much appreciated earlier check-in!”
Great location close to the waterfront and Chinatown. Staff very friendly but the highlight for me was after arriving in heavy rain at 1pm, I was expecting to leave my luggage and told to come back at 3pm to check-in. Imagine my absolute delight to be checked in immediately! This was truly appreciated as I know most of the time, Japanese hotels are sticklers for the rule of the 3pm check-in and not a minute earlier! A very tasty breakfast with lots of options as well.

Excellent location for cruise port. Also very close to Chinatown and walking distance to The Red Brick Warehouse and the Ferris Wheel. Very good transport links to other areas, including Tokyo.

“Small and no room to move”
There wasn't a great deal to like, other than the convenience of being able to store our luggage there in the morning, and retrieve it at lunch time

“Good location, clean hotel and excellent staffs.”
Hotel is clean and staff are excellent. Special thanks to one front office staff Ms Kogawa who is very helpful and cheerful. Location is good and breakfast is very nice esp the mini beef burger.

“Good value for such a well located hotel near the cruise pier and train station”
Has a very nice day lounge with free coffee and is also very close to best station if doing a cruise from Osonbashi Wharf. Staff have limited English but are very helpful. Large day lounge also used for included breakfast which was on the whole pretty good with a mix of Japanese and European food.
