The location is very convenience. You can get anything in just 5 mins walk. The room is small but very well organized, every essential needs are available. It's quite fun for the kids to climb up and down the bunk bed. We all had a great time there!

Great location, less than 5 mins walk from train station. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Room is small but clean and the beds are comfortable and staff is very helpful. Great experience in Japan, would definitely coming back to this hotel.

We had a great experience at the Grand Cave Motomachi! Its proximity to the station, coupled with the convenience of a downstairs convenience store and food shops, made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the cleanliness of the rooms, and the well-designed space was perfect for our family. The staff was easy to communicate and very helpful. We accidentally left our cellphone and the staff reached out to let us know right away. Washer, coin lockers, microwave, and even ice machine at the facility. What else do you need? We are planning our next visit.

“Super nice and comfortable in a great location. Bit of a squeeze for big people tho.”
I loved the area of Yokohama we were in. So many fun bars and cute shops. Also super close to the train station so it was easy to trip around the area. Everything was really clean and the AC, bathroom, and laundry were all great amenities. Also, the beds were really fluffy and comfortable, and plenty of plugs and individual lights for everyone to do their own thing in the evening.
