-on the main street to Kannai Station -the staffs are all very friendly and supportive -the double bed room is actually a little bit larger than usual business hotels, suitable for stays more than 3 nights -the bathroom is also larger than others, 160cm can sit down easily in the bathtub -the breakfast plan is practical, a Komada is on the 2nd floor, super convenient

Staff were friendly and English speaking. Small rooms though and only 2 pillows provided for 4 people.

Location. Near restaurants and yet it was quiet. They had everything you need for an overnight stay.

I liked the location, the amenities ( bath salts, facial creams and lotions, drip coffee y self heating eye mask(!)). My room was on a 10th floor and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice size ( bigger then other business hotels). There is a supermarket and a konbini right by the hotel. The Kannai station is good to reach on foot. Everything was great!

Room size satisfactory. Lay out good for working with lap top. Providing extra table and stool is a good idea. Location very good within walking distance of station. Restaurants and eating places available nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Kannai Station, making it easy to get around Yokohama. We loved having Komeda Cafe and Saizeriya next door, with Sukiya just across the street—plenty of dining options right at our doorstep. Check-in was smooth, and the receptionist spoke English, which was helpful. Our room on the 10th floor (the highest level) was spacious, with a standard double bed, a small table, and a sofa. There was enough space to open our luggage comfortably. Bathroom was roomy, and all amenities could be picked up at the reception area. The hotel maintains the consistent standard we’ve come to expect from Daiwa Roynet Hotels across Japan

The staff were very polite and respectful, attentive when needed. The facilities were all very clean, with a generous assortment of amenities and extra facilities such as a laundry room, vending machines, and a convenience store on the ground floor of the building. It's located in a very nice area, close to the train station, with plenty of stores and restaurants in less than a minute away. Kannai is a good spot for tourists, quiet enough as not to keep you up or making getting around difficult, with enough life and activity outside that gives a comforting lived-in sort of feel. And not too many foreigners also, for anyone wanting to experience living in an area without too much interference from non-japanese influence. Great alternative to staying somewhere nearer to Tokyo where hotel prices practically double, the 40 minute commute everyday is well worth it with the station being very nearby. Overall a cosy and extra-convenient hotel, would stay again.

The hotel is conveniently located within 5 minutes of walking from train/subway station, and near by food outlets. The room is comparatively larger than most similar hotels in the area. Good breakfast with variety of choices.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good value, comfortable enough room if a little small (but that is common in Japan) good location for for the start of our trip not too far from Haneda airport, lots of places to eat around.

The parking lot is only for cars 155cm or shorter.
