My stay at this hotel in Shanghai was truly exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is modern, impeccably clean, and very well organized. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The location is also excellent, with easy access to everything you might need during your stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service and professionalism of the staff. I would especially like to praise the reception team, who were extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist at any time. Special recognition goes to the front office manager, a true gentleman and an outstanding professional. His dedication to guests, calm demeanor, kindness, and the way he leads his team leave a lasting impression. This level of hospitality is rare and truly makes a difference.
