“Excellent choice in the heart of Yinchuan!”

Very good hotel in Yinchuan. Close to the lake and right in front of People’s Square. The staff was excellent, paying attention to every detail. They really made our stay memorable. There was also a German restaurant inside, with a very nice patio for dinner outside. Will recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Yinchuan!

“Our favourite place to stay in Yinchuan”

Large, clean, quiet rooms with a very comfortable bed. Best breakfast ever! A special mention to Poppy (Cafe Berlin, Breakfast) and Daisy (Front desk) for their charming and helpful manner (and good English). It’s those small touches that make a hotel stay more memorable.

Although generally limited in English, the staff were all very friendly and helpful - with a particular star award for Daisy when our booked hire car failed to show up.

“Most Disappointing Stay”

We stayed for 4 nights - WiFi was unable to connect to internet both in room and other areas in the hotel. Complained and staff kept asking me what smartphone I was using as if she could fix my phone to make the Internet work. After much persuasion, she said she would send someone to take a look. A new router was put in the room. Still no internet connection. - Shower water suddenly very hot and cold. Complained and they said they would fix it. No improvement. - The sofa in the room was so big and bulky that it made it impossible for guests to approach the other side of the bed.

“Excellent option for Wineries”

It’s a great hotel in Yinchuan that provides ready access to the wine region while still being centrally located. The breakfast is fantastic. The pool and spa are of a high standard. Bed is comfortable, and staff are all very friendly and accomodating. But the stand out reason to stay is the exceptional service provided by Markus as the general manager. He made us all feel extremely welcome, which isn’t that common while travelling in China these days.

“Excelent stay with exceptional bed, braed and beer :)”

The breakfast buffet offers high quality food for chinese and western/international people. The bread is really exceptional. The Thai Restaurant for dinner is excellent and the beer in "Cafe Berlin' is one of the best I ever had in China ! The beds are huge (2m x2m) and more than comfortable. Congratulations to the Hotel Management + staff !!

The GM Markus took personal care of us and made our stay a super success. He and his team recommended restaurants, wineries, and all of their recommendations were awesome. They were always extremely friendly and caring, and truly went the extra mile for us! Also deserving a mention: pool/spa area and sumptuous breakfast buffet!
