“Perfect city centre location.”
The property was spotless and everything you could need for a stay including a lovely balcony to relax on from time to time. Great location just near the city centre. Also the staff where very helpful leading up to the stay and throughout. Would recommend 100% for anybody staying in Yerevan.

It was a very Cozy accommodation with the Perfect Balcony to relax, and the location was perfect to walk around the places of interest in a matter of minutes to reach good restaurants bars and famous places like Republic square, Vernissage market etc.

One of the best accommodation in Yerevan. Great location, very cosy, well equipped. A lot of cafes, restos around. Local supermarket at the same building. Beautiful terrace. Strictly "no smoking" rules inside. Very recommended.
