“Big space. Private rooftop terrace. Lovely hosts”
Superb accommodation located just on the edge of the bustling city centre. All the big attractions are walkable. The private rooftop terrace is excellent and affords great views across the city and to Mt Ararat. The flat itself is very spacious with a large living area and kitchen, plus 3 big bedrooms. The hosts were lovely too and gave us plenty of tips for the city

“Great value for money and overall experience”
The host was super friendly, he made us a tour of the place and made a short presentation of the surroundings (the place is basically surrounded by universities). It is a very central place, quite close to the metro and you have plenty of shops around. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the jewel of the crown is certainly the terrace, which gives a really nice view of the city and of Ararat. It is a great spot to relax after a long day visiting the city.

“A truly amazing apartment to host a group or family in Yerevan”
Our short stay at this apartment in Yerevan exceeded all expectations. It was spacious, exceptionally well-equipped, and offered great value for the price. The highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace, which boasts stunning views of the city skyline with Mount Ararat as a breathtaking backdrop. The kind host, who lives just one floor below and speaks good English, was incredibly accommodating – graciously flexible with both check-in and check-out times and responsive to all our needs, giving us several helpful local tips which made our stay even better. If we return to Yerevan, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
