Nice location, clean, good bed. Air condition inside the room (we were in 22). Very tasty breakfasts with polite and helpful ladies doing it. I did not hear neighbours so walls were well isolated I think, which was also nice.

Everything was perfect. staff members very kind, excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed everything new inside excellent shower. Location 15 minutes on foot to Cascade and other 15 to city centre. Yandex ride around 2 euros.

We had a very pleasant stay, mainly due to the warm hospitality and the strong “feels-like-home” atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was served at the table rather than buffet-style, but it was varied and big enough for two people. While the structure of the breakfast remained similar each day, there were small variations (e.g., different jams and cold cuts), which added diversity. The location of the hotel is about a 10-minute walk to Victory park with Mother Armenia statue and 15 minutes to the Cascade Complex and views of Mount Ararat. Although it may initially seem a bit remote, the area quickly grows on you with its local, non-touristic character. The hosts were very kind and responsive. They accommodated an early breakfast request and promptly fixed a noisy bed on the first day.

“Local vibes, quiet and friendly place to relax”

We really liked the home feeling of the hotel. It is small and a bit away from the main road, but in a quiet location so we slept really well. We enjoyed the welcoming and friendly staff. Good hot shower and facilities. The breakfast was good too.

“Amazing experience!”

Everything is far more than we excepted. The location is excelent, at walking distance (7 minute aprox) you can find public transportation that takes you any place in the city and comes quickly, as well as stores. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, everyday being divers and including fruits (i would add vegetables but it is very good as it is), coffee/tea, some salami and cheese, some kind of egg etc. it is freshly made and the lady that does it is such a sweetheart. Some rooms have kettels but if you book one that does not you can use the one in the kitchen, as is is available to use. The host is amazing, helping with everything (even printed put boarding passes on Christmas day because nothing was open in the city). The rooms are big, modern, heated (we also used the AC unit for heating, as there were -15° C). Same thing applies for the bathrooms. The lobby is extremely cozy, we used to stay there and read ori watch movies. We didn’t have a car, but if you do you can park very easily on that street or very near, if not right in front of the hotel. The people working/owning this hotel are the nicest people we encountered in all Armenia. Thank you! We will recommend you to everyone interested in visiting Erevan.

Nice location - ~25 mins on foot to the city center down the famous Cascade. Good breakfast, very friendly staff, relatively quite room, modern and very convenient bathroom

A new hotel, clean, good breakfast, rather good value for money. Just be prepared that it’s half an hour walk down to the centre and walking back up isn’t really an option.
