“Beautiful view for a nice location”

Beautiful location with a beautiful view. Quiet, with always helpful staff. Comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. You'll need a car to get around, but taxis will take you downtown for two euros.

We enjoyed our stay at The Hill very much: the room was perfectly clean, the beds comfortable and although there is a lot of traffic in the vicinity, the room is quite due to very good windows. We slept very well. The staff is very friedly and the manager endeavoured to make the stay pleasant and comfortable.

Good location, clean room with regular room cleaning and good communication before arriving. Transfer from the airport was organised by the hotel and reliable. Late check-in also possible due to earlier arriving flight.

The accommodation was very clean, and the staff were very kind and helpful. They waited for us at 4 a.m. so we could check in, and they were very supportive throughout our entire stay.

We had such a wonderful stay! The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to that scenery every day was truly the highlight of our trip. 🌅 What made the experience even more special was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, warm, and always ready to assist with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everyone was so accommodating and genuinely made us feel welcome and well taken care of. “Amazing stay in Yerevan”

Amazing stay place in Yerevan for family. Staffs are verymuch helping and kind. The facilities and amenties are great for the given money.

Though the location was quite a challenge, it was certainly worth it. We arrived late in the evening yet the owner arranged an early check-in for us for a minimal fee. They also arranged airport pick up for us. The bed was very comfortable and all the amenities were provided. From start to finish of our stay, they assisted us and made us feel welcome. The Hill has the best view of Mother of Armenia. We'll definitely back in the future and would recommend this place especially for families like us.

The view from my room was spectacular over the city especially at night was stunning. Unbelievably peaceful and quiet while the city is front of you buzzing was amazing. The whole property is manned 24 hours so parking is safer than a Swiss vault. But above all what I will always remember was the local people, the warmth and their natural, genuine, honest demeanor so thank you very much Marta -the host/landlady and the two security, Rafael and Armen.
