Great receptionists, they helped us solve some problems that weren't even related to the accommodation. Location is good, near bus station and a large shopping mall. The building is clean and the rooms are well supplied with iron, kettle, washing machine etc. One of my favorites was heating rack for towels in the bathroom and underlit mirror.

It was a decent stay. I was there for 7 nights, staff were very helpful. All amenities were in working state. Supermarket is also near by.

Seva is a great value for money. It's location is very good, 4 min walk to Komitas Av. Yerevan City supermarket with it's bus connection, as well as other shops, salons etc. The rooms are equipped with everything an apart-hotel can need. One needs to take into consideration the price when rating this apart-hotel. Before I went there I was told to stay away, it's not good, it's shabby. I am sure this is from guest who expected hotel standard for something this affordable. The price vs what you get is great. I lived in 1 bedroom room, as well as in one of the studios and all you need is there and works (washing machine, small induction oven, tea and coffee makers, tv, internet, ACs for heat and cooling, shower, even a towel dryer in the bathroom). What is truly worth mentioning is the extremely lovely staff - the amazing young girls and guys, there for any questions, issues, finding the best solutions for you. Also, the fact that there is someone there 24/7, that you pass by a genitor every time you go in and out of the yard which is good and the cleanliness of the rooms are worth mentioning.

The service was perfect. Everyone was really friendly and ready to help with all the problems. There was kitchen equipment to cook with, the bathroom was fine, yet sometimes there was some smell. The view to the yard was fine, not noisy.

Amazing apart hotel in the nearby the heart of Komitas street. Hotel staff was very hospitable and kind to us, they were so caring. During our trip to Yerevan we had to call the ambulance. Hostess was there for us during the ambulance assistance. Hotel also provided much needed necessities for the first aid. Huge thanks for making our trip as safe as possible!

A cosy room with all necessary facilities. Its receptions are very nice and supportive people. My wife and I enjoyed staying there. One of the main pros is its private kitchen and washing machine.

The room is small but its clean. With kitchen, bathroom and washing machine that is why it made our stay convenient.I recommend this hotel for travellers.

“Exceptional and real value for money in Yerevan”

Seva Apart Hotel in Komitas was simply exceptional. I was looking for a place to stay in Komitas and stumbled on this gem of a place in Yerevan by chance. As a friend of Armenia and a British tourist I was so pleased to have picked this Apart Hotel on Booking.Com - it was a rare find. I arrived at 5 am in the morning and I was hungry. A young Armenian man on Reception called Michael who spoke impeccable English (he really was a credit to Armenia) walked me down to the SAS Supermarket (also called City Supermarket) so that I could buy Armenia's world famous lavash and a few things. When a woman at the till at SAS Supermarket was rude to me as I was a British tourist of colour - she even refused to serve me and quite rudely told me to go to the other till (The Chairman of the SAS Supermarket in Yerevan must deal with rude and racist staff who are not a credit to Armenia) Michael diplomatically told her in Armenian I was a guest at his Apart hotel and that shut her up). I have to say, as a friend of Armenia, I was taken aback by racism I encountered in some places. The Armenian Minister of Tourism must take action to say that all tourists irrespective of race or colour are welcome in Armenia). Michael then walked me to a coffee machine and gave me a coffee - this young guy from the Seva Apart Hotel deserves all praise he should be given leadership development training and shown a pathway to management. The staff at Seva Apart Hotel all spoke English they were polite and courteous to me. I loved staying here - if you are a British tourist or any tourist for thst matter and you want to find some accommodation that is value for money in Yerevan which is accessible to the city centre, the cafe culture and the wonderful Armenian food and Ararat Brandy, (there is even a beautiful peaceful church too in Komitas which was a haven of peace in the first ever Christian country on earth), then I would highly recommend this place.
