“Best Apart Hotel in Yerevan”
This was probably the best aparthotel I have ever stayed in. The first thing that impressed me was the cleanliness. The apartment was absolutely spotless when I arrived. The housekeeping team does an exceptional job, and they truly deserve recognition for the high standard they maintain. Everything felt fresh, well cared for, and impeccably clean throughout my stay. The apartment itself was very spacious and had everything I needed. There were also thoughtful little touches that made the stay even more enjoyable, especially during the beautiful sunny days. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bed linen smelled fresh and clean, and I appreciated receiving fresh towels every day. The staff were wonderful as well. The receptionist was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The location was another major advantage. It is just slightly away from the main square, which meant I could easily reach everything while still enjoying a quieter and more peaceful environment. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. The value for money was outstanding, and I genuinely could not find anything to complain about. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to return if I visit Yerevan again. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic experience.

“This hotel is an excellent place to stay in. I regret only one thing - my stay there was too short.”
The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet place. My studio was spacious and clean. It was well equipped, and included, inter alia, a microwave, a washing machine and all essential cooking utensils. I did not have any breakfast, as I checked in late and checked out at 3:00 a.m. Special thanks to Ashot, a very helpful and sociable receptionist.

The location is very good, and the building itself is relatively new. However, the room size was a major disappointment. The room was extremely small-once the bed was in place, there was barely any space to move around or keep or open the luggage. You need to keep it on bed to open it. Another big issue was parking. The hotel confirmed that parking was available, but in reality there was only one parking space. When I arrived, my car had to be moved to allow another vehicle, and most of the time the parking was occupied. I ended up parking on the street. Overall, the room size and parking situation were very disappointing
