the owner was friendly, helpfull and we had good talks. we like that it had a washing machine and a kitchen. For one night is ok as its not that far from train station if that is relevant for you. the area is not that bad but consider Yerevan is a boring, brutalist grey city in witch you hardly find any point of interest after 12h in it.

a very cost-effective hostel, the room is big and the bed is comfortable. I have a baby with me and the host even prepared a baby bed for me. So I slept very well Thomas days. There is a kitchen well equipped, so I can cooked too. It is not very near from the city center, but there are many bus lines and quite convient. The guests and boss are very nice.

This hotel is really good, the bed is very comfortable, the environment are very good, and there is a large kitchen available to use! We stayed here for a total of 8 days in Armenia, and the price/performance ratio is very high! The boss and his family are also very nice. The boss’s wife is very beautiful and his son is super handsome! Come and stay, everyone!
