Provides water bottle only at the time of check inn. Next day Make up of room is not satisfactory

I noticed that the bathroom could use some renovation. The shower had a few issues, and I think it would help if it were modified or improved to make the stay more comfortable for guests. Other than that, the experience was pleasant.

The location was great, and the cleanliness was acceptable — it could have been better, but overall it was good. Even though there were no photos of the breakfast on the website, the breakfasts were actually really good with a nice variety. I also liked the lobby and the bar; they were clean, stylish, and had a beautiful view.

Pool and sauna were available and very good for the kids. Rooms are big, bathroom consumables Nice staff and good location for city centre and airport

I am really satisfied with my stay at the Metropol hotel.👍🏆🌟 The staff were very polite and helpful. It was my Birthday and I was pleasantly surprised with a bottle of sparkling wine 🎉 The location was perfect for me. Just 10 mins walk from the square. It was close to the main street but my rooms were inside and it wasn't noisy. The rooms are spacious and the temperature in the room was good.

The location is comfortable if you need a good connection to both - city center and airport. Metropol is a classic hotel for a fair price - so not such a self-made family business as other hotels closer to the airport. From the city view rooms you have a very nice view to the river valley and the buildings around. The staff is friendly and tries to solve your wishes. I was pro-actively asked if the heating is working well - and it was fine. The sauna and pool are simple, but a nice option to relax a bit.

“Good enough but not four star”

The hotel was alright. The sauna was nice, but the opening hours were during the time when we were usually out exploring (10am-9pm) so it was hard to fit it into our schedule. Swimming pool is heated but it requires a cap, which would have been nice to know in advance as we weren't allowed to use it. The rooms were relatively comfortable and we didn't have any major issues.

Yerevan. Enthusiastic Version Loved this hotel! It’s a beautiful building just a short walk from the city center. The room was spacious, spotless, and very quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The pool and sauna were great too—we enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Yerevan!
