A small apartment that is exceptionally well-equipped and very clean. The owner is extremely helpful and kind. The apartment includes many thoughtful details that can be very useful when traveling, such as a washing machine, iron and ironing board, umbrella, slippers, toothpaste, and a toothbrush. Parking is available at the back of the property, just check with the owner where to park. Yerevan city center can be reached with a pleasant 15–20 minute walk.

Great location, 10 min from the center on foot, supermarket with exchange office just across the street, washing machine in the apartment, nice and quiet, clean, everything you need is here. :)

The host, Samson, was waiting on the spot and showed the accommodation. He was very flexible, as the accommodation was free, I could check in earlier. Samson was very helpful throughout. Since my flight left at night, I was able to check out at night. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom well equipped. The whole apartment was very clean. Breakfast was in another building, Samson showed the way there the first morning. The breakfast was varied, very tasty. The city center was within walking distance for me, I only used public transport when I went further.

Excellent accommodation and host. The host was very responsive to our requests was on time for the key pick-up In Yerevan city where parking is difficult, we always have a secure parking available in the premises. The welcome baclava was also very good.
