We have booked this apartment in Yerevan for the 4th time now, and each time it gets better. It's evident that the hosts are putting effort into it. This time, they installed touch-sensitive switches throughout the house, which is very convenient, and added many signs with lots of information about where everything is located. This is one of the best apartments on this website worldwide - I say this as an experienced traveler. The only downside is that Armenia doesn't have a sea, and this apartment isn't by the sea. But other than that, everything was superb! It's a spacious apartment with 4 toilets, 3 bathrooms/showers, a huge kitchen, a lovely fireplace in the kitchen, and new bedding and towels. The total area of this apartment is 550 sq/m! Superb! We will definitely come again.

We arrived in the evening and had only one night, unfortunately, spent very little time in this luxurious house. The hosts welcomed us warmly with delicious Armenian snacks, which was a pleasant surprise for our group. We lit the fireplace and enjoyed our time. The apartment is indeed in the heart of Yerevan's old town, everything is within walking distance. The price was very reasonable. The apartment comfortably accommodated our large group of 11-12 people, spacious and nobody interfered with each other. The towels and bed linens were new, it was cozy, beautiful, and warm. We plan to return in a month. Free and separate parking is provided for guests.

WARNING: Untrustworthy owner, scam, stay away from this property and its owner. They canceled our reservation to avoid a negative review. We had to turn to Booking.com, providing photos and chats to prove that we stayed in the house. Despite the house initially appearing fine, unfortunately, the stay was unpleasant. Upon arrival, we faced difficulties due to the narrow street leading to challenging parking, surrounded by construction sites and ongoing works in adjacent structures. An unpleasant sewer odor emanates from the bathrooms. In the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, it was practically impossible to sleep as the door wouldn't close properly, being poorly assembled. The blackout curtains also had issues closing, partially detaching from their track. The shower tray in the bathroom leaked water from all sides. The worst part was finding dirty-smelling bed sheets and pillowcases, with the scent of unwashed hair from previous occupants who had slept on them for days before us. Even the children's room, where our three kids had to sleep, had the same unpleasant odor, including the blankets. We had to sleep in our clothes and used them to cover the pillows. After less than a day, the slippers' soles were all dirty, not to mention that some towels, used and unwashed, had a very unpleasant odor. The house is equipped with a photovoltaic system; imagine Yerevan's temperatures in January and the solar panel performance. It was impossible to have a hot shower, even for the children, and even after the owner's apparent remote intervention, the situation remained unchanged. The heating system's temperature in the house was inadequate for its size, making it uncomfortably cold. After enduring a night in poor conditions, we were forced to abandon the accommodation one night early, despite having paid the full amount in cash, since no electronic payments were accepted and as a receipt you receive only the Booking.com reservation.

Everything is very expensive. Very nice apartments, 3 balconies, 4 toilets, 3 bathrooms, a very large kitchen with all appliances, 4 bedrooms and 2 large living rooms. The apartments are better than in the photos. We ordered an individual tour for 2 days, I really liked the service, thank you very much to Karina for providing the service as in a 5 star hotel. We learned that Karine, the hostess of the apartment, is a travel blogger. I recommend to everyone!

Big cozy apartment on two floors. Very big rooms and four nice bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not working, but everything else was perfect. The position is just few hundreads of meters from main square and i suggest to all to visit in a very relaxing way Yerevan.
