Owner did a very good preparation and greetings. He even went together to supermarket on the day we arrived and came back together to make sure that we do not get lost. He does not live nearby. On the day of departure, he came out with us again to guide us to take a taxi to the airport. Worm hearted welcome and hospitality. The best combination of apartment and greetings.

I travel a lot for vacation and business and I always use booking for apartments. As an experienced traveler I had never seen such honest, attentive and punctual host. He met me at the airport with a luxury car and transferred to the apartment. the apartment is in the city center, near the Republic Square in the most active and interesting area full of people. All the biggest malls, supermarkets, banks, cafes, restaurants, pubs, entertainment venues are very near to the apartment. And the apartment was amazing, perfect, with new renovation,new furniture, new household appliances, as it was shown in booking pictures. Everything is very comfortable, perfectly clean apartment with all the necessary details for immediately living. Huge thanks to the host for caring about the tourist and his comfort. In front of the building there is a beautiful garden with trees and flowers, where there are playground and benches for relaxing. I recommend everyone. SUPER apartment, SUPER host! I give 100 points. The host took me to the airport on the last day. I am going to be back in winter to the same apartment, to Ashot!
