“Cosy Big House with Pool, Close to Yerevan Centre”
We stayed here and were stoked with the choice. The house is pretty big – five bedrooms all up – and it was spotless. The backyard with the pool became our hang-out spot, especially on those hot days. Evenings were perfect for dinners outside, and during the day it was an easy stroll into Yerevan’s main sights. The Wi-Fi’s fast, all the appliances work like a charm, and the place has everything you’d need to feel comfy. The host’s super quick to reply and pays attention to the little things. Would definitely recommend it if you’re after comfort and peace but still want to be close to the city centre.

Wonderful place for a peaceful getaway! Our stay at this villa was truly enjoyable. The house is spacious, spotless, and fully equipped to make you feel comfortable. The bedrooms were cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the living room was ideal for spending time together. The garden was a highlight—featuring a seasonal pool and a nice BBQ area. It’s a lovely spot to relax outdoors and enjoy the fresh air. The location is great as well, about a 20–30 minute walk to Republic Square, yet tucked away in a calm neighborhood. The hosts were kind and very helpful, always available if we needed something. We had a great experience and would definitely love to return, especially in the summer to enjoy the pool!

Great place for a relaxing stay! We had a really wonderful time at this villa! The house is big, clean, and has everything you need to feel at home. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the living space was perfect for hanging out. The yard is amazing, with a seasonal pool and BBQ area. The outdoor area is great for sitting together and enjoying the fresh air. The location is also convenient— 20 - 30 minutes walking distance to Republic square, but in a quiet spot where you can relax. The hosts were friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back, especially in the summer to try out that pool!
