“Would stay again”

Clean hostel, tucked away from the busy main roads. Staff and guests were friendly and always up for a little chat. Metro is a 7 minute walk from the hostel and supermarkets are just down the road. Clean communal kitchen equipped with everything you need.

Absolutely wonderful hostel, one of the best I've stayed in! A spotless, cozy, and stylish space. The kitchen is fully equipped, the staff is friendly, and the terrace is lovely. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I appreciated having my own locker. The common areas were always tidy, and the atmosphere was very friendly. The bed linen is top-notch, and the overall design is both tasteful and welcoming. I extended my stay because I felt so at home here. The homemade breakfasts were a delicious bonus. Highly recommended!

Had to switch to this place when my favourite hostel got fully booked as i still had 7 nights left for my Armenia trip. was aware of the location disadvantage must confess i expected more of a highly rated property

The best option for staying in Yerevan! Excellent location, the friendliest and most responsive staff, everything is very clean, excellent kitchen, very comfortable and clean shower cabins and WC, a charming inner courtyard, and the possibility to do laundry and iron clothes.

THE BEST HOSTEL IN YEREVAN. If you are looking for a great place to stay, to work remotely or to relax, look no further!!! This is the cleanest, comfiest, most wonderful hostel that I have found in the whole Caucasus. If you need to feel like home, come here! The toilets and bathrooms are so clean, the beds are so comfy and the linen smells fresh and clean all the time. The kitchen is so modern and clean. The staff are the most amazing people. The WiFi is great, I make videocalls everyday for my work and I have never had problems. I always manage to find a silent spot in the garden to work. Moreover, I met some wonderful people in this hostel and I am so grateful!

Actually everything: the property is brand new and spotless, comfy beds, immaculate bathroom, and very nice kitchen. Karina, the lady who runs the place, is very corteous and amiable.

The hostel has a very nice garden, the people are very considerate and it is very clean. Nice and spacious showers. Katarina is super friendly and helpful. One of the best hostels I've stayed in so far. When I'm back in Yerevan, I'll happily come back to this hostel.

Absolutely fantastic! My favorite hostel in the Caucuses, will return. Brand new. Sweet staff. Thick, fluffy, comfortable mattress. A/C in the girls' 2-bed dorm. Fully equipt and squeaky clean kitchen with brand new appliances. Cheap laundry. Great bathroom setup. Two shower rooms, two toilet rooms, and two sinks separately means you never had to wait for a toilet or a shower. Amazing wifi for remote work! The tables downstairs by the kitchen and the shaded area outside are both great. Indoors the speed was over 200mbps. Location is far enough from the city to require Yandex rideshare app, but rides are $1-$1.50 so it's not a problem. Supermarket and pharmacy are within a 5 minute walk.

“Almost perfect but one big "No"”

In general everything available what you need to come through your day. Very clean, bright interior and modernly equipped. Kind and very helpful hosts, maybe easier with some russian or armenian skills. But main topics are covered with english. Lots of supermarkets available, Metro accessible if not using taxi services.
