“It's a wonderful place where hospitality is the top priority.”

This is an absolutely unique place in Yerevan, mainly because of the manager. She is extremely friendly and open to all requests from guests, which she fulfills “with her heart on her sleeve.” The hotel itself is small but well-kept and clean. The location is very good - close to the metro and bus, but also within walking distance of the city center. Breakfasts are fairly standard, but every day there was some additional tasty item on the menu. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place, and for me it will definitely be my first choice on my next visit to the city.

“Best view of Mt. Ararat in Yerevan”

The taxi driver had trouble locating the hotel because there was no sign indicating the building is Grig Hotel. However, it's located is close to the Metro station and the manager, Lucia, served varied breakfast and bent backward to help us find the place for us to visit, made diner reservations and arranged taxi for our destination. Every morning, I sat in the loggia and enjoyed the quietness and the view of Mt. Ararat.

Hotel is great, we liked it. Also good that it's close to the city centre, to the Cascade. They always have tea and coffee available which we also enjoyed.

The landlady is wonderful! The rooms are clean & comfortable, and the location is great.

“Beautiful place to stay”

I want to say a huge thank you to the owner of the hotel Grig! Everything was wonderful, fast check in, friendly treatment, clean room with amazing view. Bathroom and bed are excellent. All the staff were very kind and considerate. Good European breakfast, every morning something new. I was met with everything. I recommend it to everyone who wants to feel the hospitality and beauty of Yerevan and its people!

Awesome staff, very hospitable an helpful. Furniture is not brand new, but still comfortable. View is excellent. Location is not very central, but taxi is cheap, so it’s not a problem

The so called suite doesn't even have an electrical kettle,it's a 14 m small room with low ceiling I don't know why Booking allows false advertisements. They don't even provide you with hands soap!!! I had to negotiate and make phone calls with the owner just to explain that I need hands soap in my toilet small bar of useless soap isn't what you expect when you pay 60$ a night per person. It's also not a hotel at all but a family house with rooms they list for tourists.You'll not be given a key to your room and you have to leave it with them whenever you go out you also have to ring the bell and wait for them to open for you . Very uncomfortable.Why should anyone waste their money here instead of paying for an accommodation designated for tourists. Also nobody speaks a word in English they mostly welcome Russians.

Best place in Erevan♥️ super comfy, super quiet, super tasty breakfast, super friendly owner Armen and host Lyusya ♥️ great price. 20 minute walking from very center. Was feeling myself like home ♥️

The owner he was great! He made sure everything was fine and on my second night set me up with my bottle of red which I got from my day tour to a winery. With a great view! 🙂 Very clean and great bed thank you hotel Grig
