The room was bigger than most rooms we have stayed in Yerevan, the food was amazingly delicious and the staff was well trained

The rooms are not well soundproofed-you can hear when people are taking a shower in the room next door.

“Great place to stay and relax”

An amazing hotel with great facilities. Gayane, the lady at the reception is 11out of 10. She made our holidays special. Thank you. Karen the manager also very helpful. Heated Pool, jacuzzi, sauna to relax. A bit far from the centre if you want to walk. Taking a taxi cost nearly nothing. if i visit Yerevan again definitely i will stay here.

Everything was very good, clean and tidy room. New hotel, very attentive staff. Delicious cuisine. The spa will relieve you of the fatigue of the whole day.

Perfect location near Komitas Ave. New building with modern design and cozy stile.

everything is very clean. the heating did the job for one of the coldest winters for yerevan. bidet worked flawlessly. the staff was very nice. location wise the hotel is great, deliveries were quick although local delivery drivers are a bit rude and dont want to come inside the hotel.

A lovely hotel with professional staff. I’m especially grateful to the reception specialist who registered me promptly and provided a comfortable room. Overall, it was a great place to spend the New Year holidays in Yerevan.

“Beautiful well-thought and cozy hotel, very valuable”

Breakfast is delicious, great variety of options. SPA is really good, nice hot tub, pleasantly smelling hamam, amazing and surprising Kneipp path, I loved it. The family suite room was very clean and cozy, comfortable and spacious with vintage balcony view. Bathroom is super large, has both the shower and the hot tub, which is awesome. Everything is well-thought. The king bed is really king, huge and convenient.

1) the room was spacious 2) the breakfast was good and the restaurant menu was delicious and affordable 3) the staff was very helpful and gentle 4) the spa zone was great (bring your swimming suit!), epecially the basins with the hot and cold water and small rocks 5) big window in the room! This hotel is a true gem! While the location may not be its strongest feature, the experience inside the hotel was exceptional. ​We immediately felt welcomed with a lovely complimentary glass of wine upon arrival—a fantastic touch! The dedication to guest comfort is clear: the room was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful stay. ​The free spa access was a huge highlight and a perfect way to relax. The staff was attentive, making the entire experience seamless. If comfort, great amenities, and thoughtful service are your priority, we highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Receptionist was very nice, she's so professional. Hotel is comfortable, light, not very big but it's advantage. Breakfast isn't fat, it's nourish and tasty. You can really relax in spa zone. I was very glad to stay there

We didn't like air quality especially in the morning.

Excellent breakfast till 11am. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, and not for duty but sincerely. It was very easy to communicate by WhatsApp (in particular order a transfer: the driver was waiting for me in the airport late at night). I took a more spacious room which has a room with a bed and another, quite spacious one, has a coach and a table, so it was possible to work at the table and there was enough room to have a conversation with colleagues or friends. I did not have time to go to spa, but I was lucky to have a room with a fantastic view and with a balcony facing Ararat. Ararat was mostly covered with clouds, but when it was clear, the view of Ararat is incredible!
