Reasonable price, close to the airport (about 20 minutes drive) and to the bus station Kilikia. Armenia is a beautiful country!

Location is great, especially if you have a car - you don't have to drive trough horrible traffic, and city center is half an hour walk away.

The Beds weren't comfy, The location was far away from center and the main street. The host refused my $20 bill for being 'old' and I give her new 100$, but later gave me the same type of bills as change. It was Very confusing and unnecessary.

Compared to the price it was acceptable. Ask for the location of the supermarkets from the staff they are helpful. It's within walking distance of the US embassy.
