“Always 10 points”

Best family run hotel in town. I will always return, when I am in Yerevan. The best thing is, when your room is located towards the courtyard, you will be woken up every morning by the fantastic smell from the opposite bakery.

It was my third time in this hotel and I will certainly choose it again whenever I am in Yerevan. The staff is outstanding - attentive and friendly. The location is unbeatable in the heart of the city and in the courtyard behind Mesrop Mashtots Avenue authentic Armenien live is present.

Fabulous location, great staff and lovely breakfast. Extremely helpful when early starts meant we would not get breakfast so a lunch box or early foods were laid out. Great bakery nearby. Delightful home.

The price quality was excellent. The hotel had a very good location in the center of Yerevan, in a block, so still relatively quiet. The breakfast was very nice and freshly made and the room was big enough to suit 3 guests, with a nice balcony. We had to leave very early one morning and the owner graciously arranged for a breakfast to be prepared the evening before, to take with us in the morning, which was nice. The hotel had a nice homely atmosphere and we appreciated the personal touches of the owners a lot. I would gladly stay here again.

We liked pancakes : they saved the breakfast… Online communication with host was efficient, possibility of having a driver contracted by the host from the airport and for other trips.

I really fell in love with the atmosphere of the hotel. The design is beautiful, with a cozy and quiet theme that makes you feel very comfortable. Special thanks to Alex, who was very kind and generous he upgraded us to a deluxe room even though we had reserved an economy room. The breakfast was delicious, and I really enjoyed trying unique Armenian foods and cheeses. Everything was clean and well-maintained.

Very central location, but very quiet area with the room exactly like in the photos, and a terrace bigger and nicer than in the photo. Staff are very attentive and supportive: they even unlocked my door before my night flight after my driver called the staff at 02:30 after not waking up to my alarm.

Also enjoyed the day trip towards Garni & Geghard offered by hotel with an exceptionally knowledgeable guide.

This little hotel is a jewel... It has 4 stars for us... Vegan and vegetarian options for breakfast possible if you ask. Incredibly delicious. Excursions well organized. Clean and comfortable. We come back for sure.

Amazing place. Alexandre is a very professional, welcoming and efficient host. We appreciated having airport transfer booked for us. The breakfast is complete and very tasty, with many local specialities. Lora played us some piano, which touched us deeply. The hotel is very clean, central, close to all the attractions. We spent 3 wonderful nights at this lovely place located right in the heart of the city — close to everything you might need, yet peaceful enough to truly relax. From the first moment, we felt amazing thanks to the warm and authentic atmosphere created by the hosts. Alex was simply fantastic — attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything, making us feel as if we had known him for years. And one of the most beautiful moments of our stay was offered by the lady of the house: a morning piano concert that deeply moved us and made us feel like we were in a truly special place. Our room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable, and the entire house has a warm, personal touch, full of charm and attention to detail. Everything comes together to create that feeling of “a home away from home. For us, this experience was a solid 10 out of 10, and we will definitely return with great pleasure. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking not just for accommodation, but for a memorable experience.
