“Cozy homestay with lovely family close to Old Norq”
Hrie is a wonderful host - and artist :) - who makes sure that your stay at their family home is all cozy. I loved her breakfast cooking. There are all the facilities you need, a little kitchen with fridge, washing machine and balcony for drying, and as there are only two guest rooms it’s also quiet.

“The name says it all, a real artsy place”
It was a privilege to stay at this artist family’s home, full of beautiful and interesting paintings. The breakfast was great, the dog super cute. We didn’t mind the location, it was nice to get to know something different. The price is very good.

“Perfect place to stay in Yerevan”
The hosts are friendly and hospitable people. The interior of the house is very fantastic: lots of paintings. Facilities and breakfast are just perfect. Definitely would stay there again. It is just about 10-15 minutes by taxi to the city center

A house with a soul! When you enter, you will directly discover art from the host and his friends and you will feel that the rooms etc were put together with lots of consideration. The guesthouse is outside Yerevan’s center, but you can get there easily with taxi apps (between 1100 and 2000 AMD depending on time). Very clean, very nice and accommodating hosts, homely breakfast and nice room!

This guesthouse is one of the main reasons why we loves Yerevan so much! The atmosphere is incredible! The artworks take your breath away! The hosts of this guesthouse are literally so talented and kind! They helped us with every problem we had and even found a driver for us to Tbilisi :) Yerevan will stay in our hearts because of its beauty and the kindness of the people!
