“Magnificent”
It has a great location, right in the city centre, on the busiest street, next to the most famous restaurants. And especially it has a beautiful view to the street. It is very comfortable for a tourist to live.

The apartment is very fashionable , clean and beautiful. It's near the city center💥 Ararat is visible from the balcony . The best restaurants and cafes are located nearby . The owner is very friendly and always in contact . I definitely recommend this apartment 👍🏻
