Both outside and inside pools were nice. Apartments were spacious and the location was on the suburbs of Yerevan, so it was easy to get there in 15 min.

The swimming pool and restaurant were amazing as well. Hookah smoking was on the pool. we took 3 bdr apartment very clean and tidy. We loved the lady singer on the pool she is pretty

-the staff is very friendly en ready to help any time - calm location with Ararat view, taxi to the city centre is approximately 20min - free guarded parking 24/7 (which is important in Armenia if you hire a car) - the room is spacious and cleaned regularly

“Apartment with a great swimmingpool and Mount Ararat views”

From the apartment there are views of Mount Ararat which made it special. The pool outdoor area is wonderful. The swimmingpool is big and clean and the area has nice private bungalows. It was the main reason for booking the apartment. The apartment self is spacious and clean. The hotel has also many other indoor sportfacilities like another big indoor swimmingpool, table tennis and group lessons yoga. The 2 bedroom apartment is really nice, the beds are good. The kitchen could have more utensils but when asked, extra utensils were bought. The service of Arshak was exeptional. He helped us with various things during our stay. Thank you so much.

“Exactly what I was looking for”

I stayed in a cottage with my son. I love everything as it is exactly what I was looking for. I especially loved the staffs who are doing their best to cater to my requests. The gym or sports centre area is great. Bed is comfy. Backyard is massive. You can camp or play soccer there. For the price, it is definitely value for money especially if you compare it to other accomodations in Yerevan. I decided to stay longer and may stay for 1 month or 2.

The pool is amazing with music, a perfect playground for children's. Rooms are big. Staff are polite.

I am very glad that for my second stop in Yerevan, I choose the same hotel, The managers are helpful Karen and Arshak they do everything for your comfort, and all staff are friendly and helpful. One day is not enough for that Resort. So next time I will come with my family or with friends. It's always great when the staff is friendly and accommodating, as it enhances the overall experience. I am sure that if I will be here in Armenia in Yerevan which is a very safe city I will come back to the same Resort because even in my country I didn't get that kind of service as here. I will put the picture below.

Good food, gym

“A wonderful escape from the city with amazingly welcoming staff.”

We spent 2 weeks in Armenia and we stayed at the Cross Resort for the last 2 days of our trip. We wanted to escape the city and relax before a long trip back to Australia. This hotel definitely allowed us to do so. Above anything else, we loved the hotel staff: welcoming, thoughtful and extremely accommodating. Our toddler had the best time playing at the hotel playground and by the children’s pools; the hotel staff was absolutely adorable with all the kids which made our stay very enjoyable. We loved the evening meals in the garden by the pools, the luscious alleyways and blooming rose bushes all around the pool area. The atmosphere of the whole place was relaxed and chill, exactly what we were looking for. And do talk to the hotel manager who is extremely nice and is a great company; it should help you understand and hopefully appreciate the place as you learn about the backstory.

I liked it all very much. If you need anything, manager Karen will help. The location is amazing. I recommend! I also recommend for families with children, there is a playground, a children's pool and wonderful air. Great atmosphere. We will stay here next time. Thank you👍
