We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is absolutely ideal — perfectly situated with easy access to everything we needed, which made exploring the area very convenient and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority, and it showed. The host was incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Communication was smooth and pleasant, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality. I had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is located strategically in the heart of Yerevan. The Saryan street is just across, you can enjoy incredible restaurants and cafes! The apartment was clean, very calm, the building recent with a lift. It is possible to cook as the kitchen is equipped. You have enough space which is enjoyable with 2 bedrooms. I recommend it if you want to stay in a central location with all comfort. The owner is helpful, responsive and nice. Enjoy Armenia!

Our stay in this Yerevan city center home from June 5th to 9th was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I booked until the day we departed, everything was perfect, largely thanks to the incredible hospitality and kindness of the host. The house itself is perfectly located for exploring all that Yerevan has to offer, incredibly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The host was very helpful in answering our queries about the apartment. The unit was complete with everything our family needed. There was enough pillows, blankets, towels for everyone. The heating was working well too. The building is 11 mins walk to Republic square and 3-5 mins away from nearby groceries and restaurants, Sahak, the host was very supportive throughout our stay.

The position of this place was central, surrounded by everyrhing you needed, short walks to some attractions. Very clean place, everything you needed for your stay. Bigger than I expected :) very quite during the night. Communication was great. I would highly suggest this place if you are going to stay in Yerevan. And I am back one day, i would directly go for this one. :) Thank you :)

The appartment is in top central area, close on foot to any interesting and fancy and historical places and in the same time in very quiet street. It was clean and tidy and the host help us with everything we needed. I would love to come back and stay again there😊😊😊

Great location and a roomy apartment. We all enjoyed the space and being able to catch up on washing and cook food. Everything suitable. Lots of food choices nearby and a lovely evening stroll to the Cascade Complex and parks. We even found a car park nearby about 5:30 pm.

The place is awesome, location is second to none, the apartment is spacious, beds are exactly the way they should be, very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, even emergency kit. Very well warmed with central heating. Everything is walking distance, and I do recommend Kavkazkaq plennica restaurant!

The apartment was very warm, calm and spacious. The place was also very comfortable for our children. The kitchen was very spacious and well equipped with all dishes. Everything is clean, sheets, towels in apartment, and that is very welcoming. We found many coffee shops and restaurants near the location. This apartment has a fantastic location. The host helped us when we needed, he was always available and answered our questions very fast.Highly recommend. Thank you for everything. We will come back)
