“Everything was perfect”
This is probably the best apartment in Yerevan, and we have something to compare it with. The house was perfectly clean, the bed linen was snow-white, there were many dishes. The owner himself was very friendly, met us, showed everything. In addition, the apartments are really in the heart of the city.

We’ve had a great stay. The house is very nice, clean and modern. The location is right in the heart of the city - 2 minutes walk from cascade! The host was very helpful :) Definitely recommend this place!

“A nice stay in the cernter of Yerevan.”
The house is located in the center of Yerevan, in a very quiet street, in the neighborhood of Cascade. Opera House is at a 5min. walking distance. The house is very comfortable, clean, equipped with all necessary amenities. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!!!

“A excellent stay in a home with a prime location, calm surroundings, and wonderful hosts.”
The house is located right in the heart of the city, just steps away from the Cascade complex, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Despite being so central, the neighborhood is calm, safe, and peaceful. The house was spotless and well-maintained, making my stay extra comfortable. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout, always quick to answer any questions and ensure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!
